The hardest tyre compounds would be delivered to high-speed Japan, while tyre manufacturers will deliver the softest compounds to Singapore.
The tyres Pirelli has proposed for the next Singapore and Japanese Grand Prix have been confirmed.
The C3, C4, and C5 compounds are the three softer compounds that the tyre manufacturer will use for the Marina Bay Street Circuit’s comeback.
The situation will be the complete opposite at Suzuka, where teams will have access to C1, C2, and C3 compounds.
Since Singapore and Japan were both postponed in 2020 and 2021 owing to Covid, this is the first time that these tyres have been utilised at the tracks.
Given the porpoising problems that have previously plagued teams at bump street courses, it is anticipated that the comeback of Singapore will be difficult for the racers.
