The Conclusive evidence says Osbourne was captured for being a “stunning alcoholic” on Beale Road. Everybody on Beale Road is an amazing alcoholic. They don’t allow vehicles to drive down Beale Road in light of the fact that its whole populace is a continuously stunning alcoholic.

So our kid Osbourne must’ve truly been on one to stand apart from the majority. Perhaps the police were singling out him. Or on the other hand, perhaps they were simply watching out for him. Osbourne had previously chomped the head off a bat and pissed on the Alamo. Just the Master understands what his arrangements were for Beale Road.
Furthermore, disliking his dazzling Blues shirt would’ve assisted him with mixing in with the group down in Memphis. He’d played at the St. Louis Field only a couple of months prior, on February 9, 1984. Apparently, he got the hot merchandise from his new most-loved group while he was at the Checkerdome.
It demonstrated a fitting closet decision three months after the fact. That evening, in Memphis, as per Extreme Exemplary Stone, Osbourne “was captured at 12:30 a.m. on a crime allegation of public inebriation” and was held for five hours until he snapped out of it. Then, at that point, he was delivered without a trial.
