Lando Norris and McLaren dominated the pace on Wednesday as Formula One’s first pre-season test of 2022 got underway in Barcelona.

On the first day of Formula 1 testing at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya, McLaren driver Lando Norris led the timesheets.

For the duration of the day, Ferrari had the lead, with Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz making a 1-2, but Norris beat them late in the race. The top five were filled out by Mercedes colleagues George Russell and Lewis Hamilton.
